How long will it take to get my order home?
We do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible! Standard applies:
- Products ordered on working days before 22:00, will be processed the same day.
- Production time applies to the customized jewelry and is 5-7 working days.
- Delivery time is 12-15 working days

Your shipment may be delayed because of COVID-19. If your order is indeed delayed, this delay will be 1 to 2 weeks. If after this delay no delivery has taken place, please send us an email and we will quickly offer a suitable solution.
Does the Corona virus affect delivery time?
Our personalized jewelry is available in stainless steel, layer with gold, rose gold or silver coloring. These metals will always look equally beautiful.
What materials are the jewellery made of?
Our necklaces and bracelets are made of durable materials. The base is stainless steel with a colored layer.
Can I shower with the jewelry on?
The jewelry does not discolor because of the selective choice of materials. Be careful with chemicals. Avoid certain shampoos, acids and salts.
How annoying that you received a broken item! Of course you can always contact our customer service by sending an email.
The name of my customized piece of jewelry is not correct, what can I do?
- Always include your order number in the form.
- and take a picture of the item with the name
This way the customer service can help you as soon as possible!
There's been a failed delivery attempt. What should I do?
Normally you will receive a card in the mailbox with information about the delivery. If this did not happen, but the tracking app indicates that a failed delivery attempt took place. Then go to the nearest post office or contact PostNL.
There may be no information displayed, this may be due to two reasons.The 'Follow my order' page does not show any information.
1. The order is still being processed, just wait and see, you will receive an automatic mail when the delivery process has started.
2. Deliveries to Belgium are not always recognized by the 'Follow my order' page. Is the delivery time almost over and if you are very curious about the status of your order. Please send us an email.
